Across industries and countries, there are core pillars that any company can use to develop their strategic approach to their business. I use the P-S-Q-F-G acronym. People-Service-Quality-Finances-Growth. And I consider that these pillars have a flywheel effect. If you start with the P, People, and move through them effectively to experience G, Growth, then you are able to reinvest in your People, and the cycle speeds up like a flywheel.
